Pat Duggan is proud to be affiliated with Canada’s largest Real Estate Agency, Royal LePage.  He also feels privileged to have been born and raised in British Columbia’s beautiful Okanagan Valley.

Located a scenic 5 hour drive east of Vancouver, the Okanagan and Coldstream valleys have become one of western Canada’s most desirable locations. The population includes the young family and/or professional, entrepreneurs, those involved in hobby farms, the outdoors enthusiast and retirees. This picturesque valley also boasts some of the best farmland in B.C. and Western Canada, and is home to agriculture of all kinds…dairy farms, ranching, crops, turf, ginseng, orchards, vineyards, horses and everything in between.

Life in the Okanagan offers abundant recreational activities; Vernon and Kelowna are home to two world class ski resorts (Silver Star Mountain and Big White).  Spectacular golfing can be found at the Predator Ridge Course outside of Vernon (home of the 2008 Telus World Skins Game) with other courses throughout the region.  There are endless water sports opportunities on several pristine lakes, in addition to hiking, camping, snowmobiling, Hang-gliding – you name it – it’s here!
